Shipping Policy

At Mark Allen Jewelers, we take great care in ensuring your purchase arrives quickly, securely, and with the attention it deserves.

Complimentary Shipping
We proudly offer complimentary 2-Day Air shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.

For customers who need their order sooner, Overnight shipping is available for a flat rate of $40.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time are typically shipped the same day, provided the order is placed on a day our store is open for business.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time, or on days when we are closed, will be processed and shipped on the next business day that we are open.

Secure Delivery
All shipments are sent fully insured and require a signature upon delivery to help ensure your order arrives safely.

If you prefer, the signature requirement may be waived at your request. Please note that when signature is waived, insurance coverage ends once the package is marked as delivered to the delivery address, and Mark Allen Jewelers cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery.

At this time, we ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.
